DNC Climate Council to Host Virtual “What’s Next: Climate Agenda 2021” Roundtable with Leading Climate Champions
Joe Biden and Kamala Harris ran on climate and received an overwhelming mandate from voters for bold, ambitious action to tackle climate change. The DNC Council on the Environment and Climate Crisis will host leading climate champions for a virtual roundtable to discuss what comes next for climate and environmental justice now that the election is over. Speakers will discuss the policies and priorities that should be prioritized for a just transition in 2021, what should happen in the first few days and 100 days of the Biden presidency, and what's at stake for climate in the outcome for the Georgia senate races.
